About us
Our Purpose
Can humankind live in harmony with Nature? We believe it can - and must.
But first, we must journey into the wild. Only when we stand beneath the ancient canopy, drink from the cold rivers, and feel the thunder of waterfalls will we begin to appreciate what is worth preserving.
Our mission is simple and unshakable: To take you there.
To lead you beyond the boundaries of comfort and into the hidden corners of our living planet—where wonder still resides, and Nature speaks. And to do so not with hardship, but with design. With gear that carries you—not burdens you.
Our Story
2010 | London
In the smoke and steel of London, Kirk Kirchev—a radical designer, outdoor wanderer—drafted a vision. Not for cities, but for the wilderness. He built his first elevated tent by hand, a quiet rebellion against gravity and convention. Production was limited. The dream was not.
2010–2011
At the same time, the world saw its first tree tents—Treez Tree Tents—suspended between heaven and earth.
March 2012
A partnership was formed with Alex of Tentsile. Alex’s concept was refined and re-engineered, paving the way for mass production.
2014–2015
Recognition followed. Awards. Accolades. The flagship tents became leaders in a new class of outdoor shelter—where imagination meets canopy.

2016 | Scotland
After growing the company to 7 figures in 4 years, Kirk made a bold move: he stepped away. Not to rest—but to push further. He believed outdoor innovation should not plateau. It should evolve—just like the wild.
May 2021
After countless trials, sketches, field tests, and campfire lessons, two new creations emerged from the forge: Spider Tents and the Super Kayak—each set to redefine what’s possible in their realm.
A daring Kickstarter campaign gave Super Kayak the wind it needed. Full-scale production began…
Back then, when the government wrote about us:
The Super-Kayak saga:
2002 | London, UK
At Central St. Martins, a bold venture in human-powered vehicles launched—and failed. But in the wreckage, an idea was born.
2010 | River Lee, East London
While wrestling currents behind a pack of seasoned kayakers, Kirk had a revelation:
“Catamarans are faster. More stable. More spacious.”
He knew this from sailing—but had never seen it brought to the world of kayaking. That moment, as the river twisted through the city’s forgotten wilds, lit a fire that would burn for a decade.
Fast forward 10 years
Ten years of lessons in design, sweat, and storms—until finally, the Super Kayak emerged: fast, stable, daring. A vessel for those who venture where others turn back.
